The works consist of collecting data via multiple geo-located images and the use of specialist software to produce a virtual 3 dimensional point representation in the form of visual and contour models.The Contractor will be required to assist Blaenau Gwent in the planning stages (co-ordination and programming) as well as offering expertise in respect to data output and format.It is proposed to carry out these works late winter/early spring 2023 when foliage cover is at a minimum.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
