It will offer impartial advice and support on energy efficiency (and bill reduction), water efficiency (and bill reduction), income maximisation, emissions reduction, how to best use any unfamiliar energy related technologies including heat pumps and to offer basic information and advice to those looking to install their own insulation, energy efficiency or renewable energy measures. The Advice service will also assess a householder's eligibility to receive Welsh Government support to plan and install energy efficiency and low carbon heating measures. In addition, they will advise on alternative support which may be relevant to a caller ..
