The purpose of this is to notify the market that Cardiff University are to enter into an arrangement for a service that delivers support to Students in Engineering specifically Industry Year Placements. The justification for this award is reg 32 (2) (b) (ii), competition is absent for technical reasons. Higher Education Industry Placement does not normally involve the assistance of a partner and according to market research other Universities Engineering Industry Placements are organised in-house utilising job boards and industry connections.
