Invite for expression of interest in tree watering contract as follows:-Neath Port Talbot Council have planted 35 standard and heavy standard trees this winter in the Port Talbot areas of Sandfields and Taibach and we would require these trees to be watered once a week from April until the end of August.Due to the closeness of the trees to one another we would anticipate that all watering could be complete within a day.* In your quote can you please provide your day rate for the watering.* When calculating your day rate please consider your need to acquire water (potentially multiple times a day) as this will not be provided by the council.* Contract period April 2023 end of August 2023* Maps available on requestIt would be anticipated that watering would commence regardless of the weather unless otherwise agreed with in writing with council officers.Contact details : n.timlin@npt.gov.ukDeadline for replies 10th March 2023.
