The tender deadline for applications is noon on March 23, 2023. ## Notice Brecon Cathedral has have obtained a NLHF Development Stage Heritage grant and the project will repair the roofs of the building, create a new west entrance, and deliver reordering of the interior, as well as community, sustainability, and interpretation goals.We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and assist in the management of the Development Phase of the project, working closely with the Dean and Chapter through the Project Board, overseeing or partly-overseeing the Architect, the consultant team, project staff, and volunteers, and fully engaging local and wider stakeholders.The Project Manager will be coordinate all the work required to prepare and submit the Delivery Stage application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund.The Project Manager will be contracted by the Dean and Chapter to work an average of three days per week for 52 weeks. It is expected that at least two days a week will be spent on site including attendance at all Project Board meetings.
