## Summary

The procurement process for the "RCS IWS Provider List" is being conducted by RCS (Rhyl City Strategy) to appoint specialist providers for a range of work-focused, evidence-based psychological and physical therapies in North Wales, Dyfed, and Swansea Bay. The procurement stage is currently at the award phase, with contracts signed on May 15, 2023. The procurement method is open, and the main procurement category is services. The deadline for bids was April 28, 2023, and Peak Physio And Fitness was awarded the contract.

This tender by RCS presents an opportunity for businesses providing health and wellness services, including physiotherapy, osteopathy, counselling, and more, to engage in delivering therapeutic interventions to support employees returning to work or improving their wellbeing. Small & Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) could particularly benefit from participating, as the service aims to prevent job loss due to health conditions and provide support that is not easily accessible. Businesses with expertise in company health services and well-being interventions would be well-suited to compete in this procurement process.
