This will be achieved via the use of evidence-based solutions to predict workplace performance using engaging, activity-based assessment design.To support this endeavor, HDUHB are seeking to commission a provider that specialises in the design and implementation of innovative online psychometric assessments for aspiring leaders for a term of three (3) years, commencing June 2023.Our aim is to identify the right individuals for a wide range of leadership roles, with varying levels of seniority (aligned to the afore mentioned tiers) across the organisation.
