This shall include but not be limitedto:Removal of existing installation.Installation of the earthing and bonding.Installation of the distribution system.Installation of the lighting installation inclusive of emergency lighting and external lighting.Installation of the small power installation.Retention & reconnection of the electric space heating.Retention & reconnection of all areas outside the scope of works.Retention & reconnection of the telecommunication/data cabling installation.Retention & reconnection of the fire alarm system.Retention & reconnection of electric water heating.Retention & reconnection of ventilation systems.Retention & reconnection of warm air hand dryers.Retention & reconnection of electro mechanical services.Retention & reconnection of security systems/access control/CCTV.Retention & reconnection of roller shutter doors.Installation of other equipment.Furniture removal & replacement where required.Floor protective coverings.Cleaning including deep clean of kitchen area.Associated builders work.Testing and Commissioning.Labelling.
