This includes a wide variety of content and many applications that support self-awareness, decision making, opportunity awareness, career management and career review.To add to our range of online services we are looking to work in partnership with a supplier to offer online psychometric assessments to match customers aptitudes, skills and personality to jobs, broadening their horizons on the types of jobs they may be suited to.The assessment would be administered as part of the Careers information, advice and guidance assessment process for Working Wales customers aged 16 years and over.
