Torfaen County Borough Council is seeking a tenant to deliver catering facilities at the Heritage Cafe and participate in events coordinated with the Heritage Centre.The proposed tenant will be expected to sign up to a lease in order to take occupation of the property.The length of contract will be 3 years with an opportunity to extend for a further 2 years.The service will operate Tuesday to Friday between 9.15am and 4.30pm all the year, including bank holidays. With the exception of a Christmas Shutdown period from 24th Dec to 2nd Jan.
