The Authority developed a framework agreement set out as per the following lotting strategy:- Lot 1 - Essential Skills Numeracy Provision Lot 2 - Essential Skills Numeracy Provision through the medium of Welsh Lot 3 - GCSE Math Lot 4 - GCSE Math through the medium of Welsh Lot 5 - Online numeracy Provision Bilingual (English/Welsh) The total spend advertised in this contract notice is to be spent via in house and external provision via this framework. There can be no guarantee to the number of call offs/spend under this framework. The intension is that this framework shall support the Authority to deliver multiply.
