CAVRPB are committed to assessing whether the RIF programme achieved its intended impact, the processes which led to success (or not), costs versus benefits and future affordability and achievability. The findings of the evaluation will inform business cases to suggest a particular course of action for each RIF initiative.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
