The supplier will also attend to the breakdown of equipment where it takes place with the intention of resolving any problems and ensuring the equipment is fully functional again. It is expected that as breakdowns can occur at any time, the supplier must be able to respond to such events at any time of the day or night, any day of the year. Each ICES delivers equipment to clients within its own County boundary, which will aid the client. The equipment may be delivered to an individual's home or in a residential home setting.
