This engagement demonstrates a commitment to sustainable community development, which can enhance a firm’s reputation and market presence. ## Notice We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant(s) to focus on providing a Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying Services to support the Commercial Team with the Fabric Programme and Voids Contracts.Services to be provided:- Contribute to the team's ongoing programme of procurement and tendering, which will include:- Advising on procurement routes and forms of contract- Managing procurement process along with Commercial team and Procurement colleagues- Providing advice on client specification and other documentation- Completing contract documents- Monitor and check the Contractor's compliance with the terms of the Contract- Convene, attend, chair and minute monthly site progress meetings with the Contractor.
