Wrexham County Borough Council (The Council) is seeking applications from suitable and qualified Contractors for the Servicing and Maintenance of Solid Fuel Installations to Council Dwellings.The Contracted Work will be carried out in approximately 151 Wrexham County Borough Council owned properties, which are located throughout the Wrexham County Borough.The work will support the requirements set out by the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 which changed the way all landlords in Wales rent their properties, improving how we rent, manage, and live in rented homes in Wales. The successful Contractor will help the Council ensure homes are fit for human habitation in accordance with the requirements setout within the above legislation.For further information please refer to the tender documentation.
