The current staff facility accommodation is located on Platform TBC and is comprised of a mess room, 2 no. kitchen, station managers office, duty managers office, toilets, 1no locker room, training room, union office, booking on point, storeroom and quiet room.High level scope is set to include, but not limited to; new LED Lighting, new flooring, new/additional M&E, plumbing, redecoration etc. The approximate value range is PS25-45k.
