It is the ambition that the outcomes of the evaluation will provide lessons learned and examples of good practice that NRW can draw on in the delivery of the corporate plan, and share with other organisations for mutual benefit in our collaborative working.This contract would not include an impact evaluation of the vision itself, but we would expect the successful provider to propose a pragmatic framework for undertaking such an evaluation later down the line. This should include recommendations for any qualitative and quantitative measures and tools to be applied.The successful contract holder will review documentation and other products created by the programme to assess efficacy of processes followed, key gaps and opportunities for learning.
