## Notice

At ClwydAlyn Housing, we are looking for suitably qualified specialist damp contractors to work closely alongside our in-house Technical team to both investigate and determine the causes of damp and various sources of moisture. We require surveying and remedial services at pre-agreed rates to allow our Asset Management teams to manage budgets and correctly prioritise works on a consistent basis. Our Stock of over 6000 properties varies from ex local authority houses to new build extra care facilities therefore it is essential that any interested parties have both domestic and commercial building knowledge. Our properties are located over 7 counties along the North Wales coast from Holyhead to Welshpool with the majority of properties located centrally in Denbighshire, Wrexham and FlintshireClwydAlyn are open to appointing a single company or possibly dividing the contract into two areas on an east/west basis. Our requirements at this early stage are an experienced specialist with a proven track record of delivery. It is also essential that the company is registered with CHAS and/or Constructionline/Trustmark and offer a minimum 20 year insurance backed guarantee for damp proofing, cavity wall tie replacement and timber treatment.Should the above be of interest, ClwydAlyn would look to establish a 2+2 year contract with an annual value of works ranging between PS50,000 and PS150,000NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=133335.
