Support will link with wider services. Renewal: Options to extend for a further two years Mental Health & Wellbeing (Young People) A support project to work with individual young people and improve their mental & emotional health, wellbeing and welfare, as part of a whole family approach coordinated by our Team Around the Family (TAF). Support will link with wider services. Renewal: Options to extend for a further two years Mental Health & Wellbeing (Adults) A support project to work with individual adults and improve their mental & emotional health and wellbeing, as part of a whole family approach coordinated by our Team Around the Family (TAF).
