The resources will form part of a pro-gramme of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) which will focus on anti-discriminatory practice in the sector. The first resource will be in relation to anti-racism.Aims and objectivesWe are seeking to appoint a suitable skilled and experienced supplier who will:- develop bespoke content for e-learning resources to educate and inform the social care, early years and childcare sectors in Wales around anti-racism.- Social Care Wales have identified initial ideas (Appendix 7) for content development however we will work with supplier(s) to refine this.- the content will be co-produced with individuals with lived experience from social care and/or organisations that have expertise in the relevant areas. This is a non-negotiable and core element of the work.
