## Summary

The Caerphilly County Borough Council, a regional or local authority, has released a planning tender titled "People and Skills - Employability Project" under the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. This project aims to provide support for young people aged 16-24 within the Caerphilly Borough until March 2025. The procurement stage is at the planning phase, and the opportunity falls under the service category of education and training services. The project's main objective is to engage economically inactive young people with complex needs, aiming to enhance their employability and engagement through bespoke support services.

This tender presents a significant business opportunity for organisations specialising in education, employment support, and youth engagement services. Businesses with a track record in providing tailored employability solutions for young people facing barriers to entering the workforce will be well-suited to compete for this contract. The project sets a target to support at least 50 economically inactive young people per year, with a focus on preventing young people from becoming NEET (not in education, employment, or training). As the contract is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, organisations with expertise in delivering social services and youth development programmes can benefit from participating in this tender.
