We require pre-agreed rates to allow our team to manage budgets and correctly prioritise works on a consistent basis. Our Stock of over 6000 properties varies from ex local authority houses to new build and extra care facilities therefore it is essential that any interested parties have both domestic and commercial building knowledge.
