Ucheldre needs to keep functioning during the construction period and there is a tight deadline to complete the whole project by March 2025, hence the splitting of the construction into 2 Phases. Phase 1 is to get ahead with the Repairs and Renewal of the existing building to be followed by Phases 2a (Enabling), 2b (Main Works), and 2c (Reunification), which will involve the Newbuild facilities and refurbishment.
