The procurement process is currently in the planning stage with a planned Contract Notice to be published in the near future. ## Notice This PIN is a Pre-Market Engagement issued by Tai Tarian to encourage businesses to register and bid for an anticipated Loft Insulation Programme.Tai Tarian is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord that was set up in March 2011 to manage, maintain and improve over 9,000 properties spread throughout the Neath Port Talbot County Borough.Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint a contractor or contractors to undertake surveys and carry out the installation of loft insulation to approximately 800 of Tai Tarian owned domestic properties, per annum, for 3 years.It is anticipated that the annual value of the work will be in the region of PS500k.Tai Tarian is seeking to engage contractors with a proven track record of delivering best practice on comparable contracts and able to work pro-actively with Tai Tarian to assist in delivering its social and environmental agenda within the communities in which it operates.Interested contractors are invited to attend a 'Meet the Buyer' session, held on Thursday 7th September 2023, at Tai Tarian's head office Ty Gwyn.The session will allow interested contractors the opportunity to meet with Tai Tarian's representatives to gain an understanding of our requirements.
