## Notice

Our requirement is for A Framework Agreement for the provision of External Step & Platform Lifts & Through Floor Lifts with a fully comprehensive warranty for defects in materials and workmanship, which shall be in place for the Service User for 5 years We request the winning bidder supply and install (including lifetime service and warranty) new electric stairlift and associated building works to Council and Private dwellings County Wide. Various property types of Private and Council House dwellings throughout the City & County of Swansea.All installation, servicing, repairs and maintenance and works relating to the Equipment must be compliant with the following standards:1. Through floor lifts - BS5900: 2012 compliant2. Steplifts - BS 6440: 2011 compliantThere will be occasions when the Contracting Authority wishes to replace existing equipment. This equipment will be old and obsolete or it will be equipment that has failed and beyond economical repair. In such circumstances, the Supplier will receive instruction to replace the equipment and dispose of the exisiting unit.
