The remediation work is required to address some legacy issues created through previous domestic energy efficiency schemes delivered in 2013 in Caerau.The Principal Contractor will be required to undertake the works in accordance with the PAS: 2035 specification for 'whole-house' retrofit and to install the new Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) in accordance with PAS: 2030 (2019). The Principal Contractor will be responsible for the appointment of the Retrofit Designer and Retrofit Co-ordinator who will be suitably qualified with a minimum Level 5 Diploma or equivalent from a certified training body.Contract Terms and Conditions: The Contract shall be the Institution of Civil Engineers NEC4 Term Service Contract. Please also refer to the NEC4 Term Service Contract Scope document.Constructionline: The Authority invites Contractors to compete for this requirement in accordance with its Contract Procedure Rules (CPR's).
