It will seek to mitigate or remove disadvantage to vulnerable people to enable them to have the same life chances as others, and therefore contribute to a more equal Wales.The Service covered by this Invitation to Tender is required to work with family units across Conwy who are referred by Conwy Family Support Teams to receive one to one Family Support from volunteers as well as supporting groups delivered by Family Support Teams.
