It will seek to mitigate or remove disadvantage to vulnerable people to enable them to have the same life chances as others, and therefore contribute to a more equal Wales.The Service covered by this Invitation to Tender is required to work with anyone who has experienced, or may be currently experiencing, any aspect of VAWDASV.
