It will seek to mitigate or remove disadvantage to vulnerable people to enable them to have the same life chances as others, and therefore contribute to a more equal Wales.The Service covered by this Invitation to Tender is required to work with family units across Conwy who are accessing support from Conwy's Family Support Teams and are in need of Family and Relationship Counselling.
