External wall fabric is traditional cavity wall construction made up of an internal blockwork skin, cavity and brickwork/blockwork external facade.Timber pitched roof trusses at 600mm centres form the roof construction spanning from front to the rear external walls giving support to roof tiles on battens in the form of timber purlins and timber intermediate rafters and ceiling joists in a traditional form of constructionWorks will include the application of insulated render system, re-roofing, window and door renewal, renewing rainwater goods, renewables etc.
