The tool has some unique features in comparison to other personality profiling tools and the team have piloted its use for the Advanced Clinical Leadership Programme cohort 1.The tool was well received by senior clinicians on the programme and indications are that behaviour change has resulted from its use. Due to the success and excellent feedback received from delegates of the Advanced Clinical Leadership Programme, the introduction of a Hogan workshop was instigated to support the Executive Medical Directors Development Programme.Again, Hogan was found to be the most appropriate tool to support their ongoing leadership journey and it was felt that providing a consistent approach across these two programmes would benefit the wider Health Board.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
