Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from reputable and experience software suppliers for the provision of a comprehensive cloud based asset management system.Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council require a new asset management software system, which will contribute towards the efficiency of the Council. It is necessary to procure a reliable, fully integrated system, which will provide central, comprehensive and accurate information to enable effective management of Council assets. The Corporate Asset Management system will also have an integral role in the preparation of the Council's accounts.It is intended to upgrade/replace its existing Asset Management System with a requirement to enhance all aspects of property management by enabling all data to be held at a single point to ensure accuracy, more efficient accessing and in-house reporting.
