The Aim of the project is to enable the full inclusion of citizens with a learning disability into a range of community activities. These activities will be co-produced with citizens and carers and will lead to a range of connections, relationships and roles.The project will enable citizens (including those with more complex needs) to:a. Create or strengthen community activities that actively welcome those from the LD community.b. Develop a stronger personal network of connections and relationshipsc. Grow skills, develop ambitions and achieve responsible roles in their community.d. Maintain or improve their emotional health and wellbeinge. Be connected and kept up to date, via an accessible and bilingual information sharing platformf.
