## Summary

The procurement process involves WEPCo, a partnership between the Development Bank of Wales and Meridiam, looking for a provider to deliver Hard Facility Management (FM) Services for Cardiff and Vale College's new campus developments. The procurement stage is currently at the Tender stage, with the deadline for submissions set for January 29, 2024. The contracts aim to be awarded by April 29, 2024. The procurement method used is limited, and the main procurement category is services. The location of the project is in Cardiff, and the industry category is facilities management.

This tender presents significant business opportunities for FM service providers with experience in delivering similar projects. Businesses specializing in grounds maintenance equipment, repair and maintenance services, preventive maintenance, and facilities management services would be well-suited to compete. WEPCo is adopting a tendering procedure similar to the competitive dialogue procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, with a focus on value for money assessment based on quality, deliverability, and experience. The contract includes delivering Community Benefits aligned with economic and social objectives, indicating a commitment to responsible investment and supporting Wales' social, economic, environmental, and cultural priorities.
