Route MUST be registered with the Traffic Commissioner as a registered bus service.Tickets Machines: Operators MAY be required to pay lease costs for ticket machines where they do not have their own ticketing system in place.Voluntary Welsh Bus Quality Standard: As a minimum, contractors shall fully comply with the Core requirement of the Voluntary Welsh Bus Quality Standard.Bus Emergency Scheme Funding (BES): Operators will be required to engage with Welsh Government & Transport for Wales and comply with any instruction/requests that may be required.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
