## Notice

Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to establish a Framework for Drainage Maintenance, Repairs, Renewals & Refurbishment, in compliance with the specification provided.Up to three Contractors will be awarded onto the Framework (single Lot).Contracted work will be carried out to Council owned properties/assets including, but not limited to, occupied and void Council owned housing and corporate buildings. Contracted work may be carried out at any Council owned property/asset if necessary at various locations across Wrexham County Borough.The works include repairs during normal working hours and emergency repairs outside normal working hours. Contractors are required to provide a 24/7, 365 days a year emergency call out service.Drainage work may also be required for drainage installations associated with the refurbishment of void properties by the Council's Direct Labour Organisation (DLO).For full details please refer to the tender documentation.
