The ophthalmic service will work with all health and wellbeing service providers to deliver an integrated service where clinicians work together as a team to deliver patient centred care. ### Lot Information Lot 1 On Tuesday 16th January 2024 the tender was published on eTenderWales and response was required by a deadline of Thursday 08th February 2024 by 12pm. Out of 2 suppliers who accessed the tender documentation, 1 submitted a response. Bidders were required to respond to a number of qualification questions. The questions were used to assess bidders on the mandatory and discretionary grounds for exclusion and also their technical and professional ability.
