The provider is required to be Registered with Care Inspectorate Wales CIW for Regulated Advocacy Services (Service Providers and Responsible Individuals) (Wales) Regulations 2019. Providers must make provision for the Strategic Framework for Welsh Language Services in Health, Social Services and Social Care (2016-19) which places a responsibility on "organisations across the public sector to comply with the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011.
