As a charity, we have a commitment to literature, culture, arts and ideas, expanding, sharing, and contributing to the development of the arts, creativity, talent and skills through our activities (festivals, education, fundraising and trading).Post Covid, HFF recognises the need to secure a new type of future for the charity; built on equalities, diversity and inclusive practice, care for the environment and society, relevance to the widest range of audiences and delivering the most dynamic content.The 'heritage' model of the flag ship festival will be explored, in addition to considering the wider potential of HFF in creating dynamic content in new and exciting ways and formats.The feasibility study will identify site options for hosting festivals, consider the extensive digital archive and how this may be accessed by the public in the future, consider satellite events models. Each of which will be considered from a physical requirements and audience experience perspective.Feasibility Study to include- Business Model 10 Years (Strategic Financial Modelling)- Commercial income model- Future operational Model (physical site/office/other) to include but not exclusive to:- Environmental sustainability - operations- Transport plan- Digital infrastructure- Economic impact/tourism impact- Audience experience and audience development (as related to operational requirements)- Identify possible capital funding to secure the operational model
