Lotting strategy to be devised based upon market engagement ### Lot Information Lot 1 Procurement to be conducted using the open tender process under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The contract will address obligations as a public contracting authority under the Well Being and Future Generations Act, and thus place importance upon areas such as decarbonisation, social value, supply chain resilience and the stimulation of the local economy.
