Swansea Council is looking to explore the availability of a range of accommodation types within Swansea's current market to help support children. We are interested in both rural and urban options across all of the following categories of potential need.1. Accommodation with a specification that meets CIW/RISCA regulations (fitted and maintained sprinkler system) and which has between two and five bedrooms.2. Accommodation with a specification that meets current HMO requirements and which has any number of bedrooms.3. Accommodation with a specification that meets CIW/RISCA regulations which is fully accessible to powered wheelchairs and which has at least three accessible bedrooms.4. Accommodation comprising of self-contained flats, ideally (but not necessarily) with a specification that meets CIW/RISCA regulations.
