Organisations able to provide lifestyle coaching services tailored to individual outcomes are encouraged to participate in the upcoming tender exercise. ## Notice Wrexham County Borough Council is looking for expressions of interest from organisations that are able to meet the required service outcomes as detailed below for the provision of a Lifestyle Coaching Service.The service will provide support to individuals with a mental health difficulty or living with mental health issue through the delivery of professional quality life coaching to help them to realise their ambitions and goals and improve their physical, emotional and economic well-being. The Provider will also assist individuals with access to a range of activities that will enhance their quality of life and will support people who are motivated to improve their circumstances who might lack the confidence to know how to go about doing so.The outcomes to be achieved are:1. To work with individuals to enable them to secure their rights and entitlements.2. To support individuals to achieve positive social and economic well-being and promote positive physical health, mental health and emotional well-being.3. To take necessary steps to protect and safeguard individuals from abuse, neglect or harm.4. To help individuals to maintain a positive contribution to society including access to education, training and recreation, encouraging and supporting individuals to develop confidence to participate in society.5. To support individuals to safely develop and maintain healthy domestic, family and personal relationships.This will be an outcomes-focused specification for individuals with a mental illness, it focuses on individual outcomes and leaves scope and flexibility for providers to organise service delivery in a range of ways to achieve them. Innovation and creativity is actively encouraged.We would be keen to hear from those organisations who could deliver this service and might be interested in developing the provision.The Local Authority is posting this notice to ascertain the level of interest in the market to provide this service with a view to a full tender exercise.
