## Notice

We will require reactive services to our sites for, but not limited to, the following:* Flood damage.* Voids clearance including removal of carpets/laminated flooring/ furniture and any other items.* Soiled/stained items.* Any sharps/needles.* Blood and body fluids.* Decontamination and Fogging.* Chemical treatment.* Upholstery cleaning.* Dog/Animal waste.* General waste removal.* Removal of White goods such as fridges and freezers* Removal of large bulky items such as couches or cupboards* Ad hoc removal eg. skips, chemicalsWe will also require planned works at some of our sites - that will entail Carpet cleaning of communal areas including lounges and corridors every 3/4 months that will be scheduled and planned with each site manager.
