Pembrokeshire County Council for and on behalf of the Service Purchaser Pembrokeshire County Council and Hywel Dda University Health Board invites you to submit a bid for the Provision of a Carers Information, Support and Outreach Service.The provision of a Carers Information, Support & Outreach Service in Pembrokeshire is for adult unpaid carers (referred to as carers throughout this document) aged 18 and over, who provide unpaid care and support to a relative, friend or neighbour who is disabled, physically or mentally ill, or affected by substance misuse. The service will be known as 'Carers Support Pembrokeshire'.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
