The Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol wishes to appoint an external company to provide a printing solution for a period of five years from 1 May 2024 - 30 April 2029. The Coleg invites tenders from eligible companies to provide a printing solution for the Coleg's 4 offices across Wales namely Aberystwyth, Cardiff, Carmarthen and Caernarfon.Coleg staff work flexibly, and therefore the Coleg wants to add a cloud-based print service as a printing solution. This service must allow staff to be identified using an unique identifier on all the Coleg's main printers in order to access their print queue to print the documents.
