The works at the site will include the demolition of the steel framed Pandy depot building, and associated external walls, and remedial works to the remaining gable wall and timber outbuilding of the Tondu Rugby Club. The building is located on Pandy Park Road adjacent to the Tondu RFC club building.The Authority requires that all Contractors are Registered and Verified on Constructionline.There is a Price Cap of PS75,000 on this tender, bids exceeding this threshold will be disqualified.Contract Terms and Conditions: NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (April 2013) (the "NEC"), Option A.
