## Summary

The Trust, based in Abergavenny, is seeking consultancy services in the services category for developing a detailed business plan for the reopening of Plas Gunter Mansion. ## Notice

We wish to appoint a Business Planning Consultant to work with the Trust in creating a detailed business plan for Plas Gunter Manion once it has reopened after a significant capital investment. The Development Phase is expected to take 18 months between January 2024 and April 2025. This phase of the project will end with the submission to the National Lottery Heritage Fund of the Delivery Phase application in April 2025 (although could potentially be extended until December 2025).As part of our early feasibility work, we worked with The Funding Centre to develop an early business model for the project, submitted as part of our development phase application to the Heritage Fund.
