In line with PCR (2015), DHCW hope to have the opportunity to understand how the market can meet and fulfil the needs of this Sole Supplier framework; along with any considerations which need to be contemplated. The purpose of the PIN being to both inform the market and allow DHCW to seek advice in the planning and enrolling of the procurement exercise.. Responses to the PIN and RFI must be received via Bravo eTender Wales Solutions by no later than 12 Noon 28th June 2024.
