Sponsored by Welsh Government and delivered as a partnership project in a unique dispersed model, it is due for completion in March 2025. We now want to appoint a supplier to undertake a programme of work as part of the overall project monitoring and evaluation framework . Through this, you will work with the Project Director and other stakeholders to advise on, set and agree the methodology for the monitoring and evaluation of NCAGW as a capital project, giving consideration to its current impact and future benefits.You will ensure that monitoring and evaluation is appropriate and proportionate and will support the benefits management process to ensure that the expected outcomes associated with the project can be tracked and evaluated.
