The construction, together with all associated external works, drainage, and mains service connections (including all adoptions) is to be delivered providing a fully completed and compliant development. The development of the forty (40) unit care block is to be delivered over three (3) floors including a commercial kitchen, communal laundry room, assisted bathroom, sensory room, hair salon, communal lounge, dining areas and day to day management facilities.
